How to register for the Safety Climate Survey
First find your practice location code
You will need your dental practice location code to register. This is your General Dental Services (GDS) practice or Public Dental Services (PDS) site number. To find this visit ISD Scotland National Reference files, scroll to the bottom of the webpage to ‘other’ and open ‘dentprac’.
To find your practice code quickly within the document, press ‘Ctrl’ and ‘F’ simultaneously to bring up the search bar on the page. From there you can search for your practice by entering your practice name or address details.

Got your location code? Great, then get registered!
Registering is easy. The nominated lead for your team will need to input the location code, their email address and then create a password. Once you’ve registered you can begin inviting your team to participate.
