Co-designing Quality Improvement in dentistry

Are you a dentist, dental nurse, dental hygienist/therapist? Do you apply fluoride varnish or place preventive fissure sealants on children’s teeth? If so, we need your help!

Researchers at NHS Education for Scotland and the Universities of Dundee, Aberdeen and Glasgow are redesigning the national clinical audits for fluoride varnish and preventive fissure sealants and we need dental practitioners to be part of the co-design process. This would involve attending workshops in Dundee (one in April, one in May) – we can reimburse traveling expenses and, if required, we can also reimburse you for your time away from clinical duties.

If you work in primary or secondary care, treat child patients and are interested in taking part in any aspect of this study, please contact Laura Beaton for more information: laura.beaton@nes.scot.nhs.uk
